USP inside Seconde Life

USP (University of São Paulo) launches today a space inside Second Life that will be called "City of Knowledge". The initiative has as its mais goals to create a space where people can colaborate and develop new projects within the context of web 2.0. The first project conducted inside the virtual world will be a workshop of how to use and develop features for Second Life. If you have an avatar go and check it out.

Places I've visited

Last year during my holydays I had the chance to visit London. It was great. London is really an amazing melting pot of cultures.

What I've been listening lately

I am really into Indian music and especially Ravi Shankar. The songs fluid melody and complex rhythms really take your mind to a new dimension. This type of music is known in India as raga and it is so complex that people take several years to master its techniques and theories. A lot of western artists have brought the flavors of India to their music like George Harrison, Rolling Stone and recently several DJs. Unfortunately, is very hard to find new artist that play Indian music, so far my main source has been YouTube with videos of great unknown artists.
